Complete with a Frontispiece and several b&w plates with one large folding plate of the South West Prospect of Manchester in the County Palatine of Lancaster. This is loosely laid in along with a sketch of a canal also laid in dated 1900. There are 2 previous owner’s names to the top edge of the front pastedown. Ligfht wear to head of spine. This is the large-paper issue and is a Limited Edition of just 250 numbered copies of which this one is number 18. Large 4to measures 12” by 9” Limited Edition [1887].
