SHAKESPEARE ONCE A PRINTER AND A BOOKMAN. Lecture one of the twelfth series of printing trade lectures at Stationers’ Hall, London, E. Friday, Twentieth October 1933. With four illustrations on Nippon vellum and 500 supporting quotations. Published by SHAKESPEARE PRESS. Limited First Edition of 450 Copies Only. Jaggard, a descendant of William Jaggard-the printer of Shakespeare’s First Folio-analyzes Shakespeare’s texts to identify a significant number of printing and publishing terms. Inside is good with no issues except 2 small blue marks on pages 16 & 17. Please see photos for details or message me for more information.
