This is a first edition in average condition. It was published by Macmillan and Co. The Second Jungle Book is a sequel to The Jungle Book and features five stories about Mowgli and three unrelated stories, all but one set in India. This is a 1st Edition / 2nd Printing States – First Edition printed November 1895. Book – Average – rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners, edges and covers, a lean, slight creasing and tearing to the spine, marking and discolouration to the covers, opens v. Easily to a few pages (binding showing through – badly inside front cover), slight bumping/creasing to many page corners, some marking to the page edges and several pages, foxing/discolouration to the page edges and all the pages v. Heavy in places, soft even tanning to the pages and there is a previous owner’s name inside. Dust Jacket – Not Present.
