This is a limited edition book by A. Edward Newton titled “This Book Collecting Game”. It is numbered (#238 out of 950 for sale) and signed by the author. The book was originally published in 1928 by Little, Brown Book Group in Boston, United States. The book itself is in pretty good shape considering the age. Crease in spine and fading to spine. Wear and fraying to corners. Comes with box, but the box is in rough shape and it is taped at the corners.
