One of the more difficult, and beautiful, Franklin Library runs to put together. Many of you may be familiar with the aforementioned 100 Greatest… You may or may not be acquainted with this exclusive 25 volume run that served as a continuance of that set. This was an exclusive run, available only to long time subscribers, who acquired the “100 Greatest Books of All Time”. Please refer to the letter, in our photos, that was included in the Mark Twain volume (1st in this run). These titles were typically released later in other Franklin Library sets. However, this run preceded those sets and featured unique and exquisite covers. They are not identified as belonging to any of the later sets.
