VON FRANCO book for Levis Kustom monster shirts hotrod custom. I was invited to the exhibition at the time picking this copy up. This is a booklet from Von Franco for Levi’s LVC line. Thirty-five pages of photos of all the original Kustom monster sweatshirt designs done by Von Franco. It measures 9 1/4″ x 6 3/4″. Here’s a description from Von Franco’s website: One of the most colourful periods in Levi’s history is the golden era of Hot Rod and the sharply dressed drivers, spectators and artists that both sported and customised Levi’s clothing during that time. In celebration of this, Levi’s Vintage Clothing teamed up with one of the era’s celebrated artists, Von Franco, an airbrushing legend who has been customizing Shirts, Sweaters, Cars and Motorbikes with his signature’Monster’ designs since the 1960’s.
