One of only 1,825 copies printed, this is copy No. 252, signed by the author. Printed by the Riverside Press in Edinburgh, the book features hand-set type on English handmade paper, with many pages untrimmed, preserving its original elegance and fine press character. Covers: Some marks to boards (see photos); spine remains in good condition. Interior: Exceptionally clean throughout, with no inscriptions or markings; pages are crisp, many still uncut at the edges. Binding: Secure and tight. This is a collectable piece of literary history from one of Ireland’s major literary figures and an elegant example of early 20th-century fine press publishing.
