The book is in a very good clean condition for its age with no pen marks, rips or tears. The spine is firm. The hardcover has a few small marks and bumping on the corners. The half leather bindings are also in a good general condition with some surface marking a rubbed spine fascia and some cracking to the top of the rear joint.
