Hays Town – 106 Preliminary Sketches. The book was published in 1985 by Amdulane Publications. It is a first edition which was limited to 5000 copies. The book is 212 pages. The interior is MINT with no bent or torn pages and no edge wear. However, there is writing on the first page (see pic). The cover is in good condition with some wear to the lower right of the front and back (see pic). The dust cover has some wear to the front and a missing torn piece on the back (see pic).
