Includes First edition out of print book with dedication signed by George Grammer. Regular Edition – Numbered 126/325 to 325/325. (This doll is #119/325) Only 125 signed book editions were made which means this is #119/125 (325). June Amos Grammer was not only a much-loved doll designer, but she was a gifted illustrator. Even more than that, June was a dear friend of Wendy Lawton. In her memory, they issued a very special edition, June Amos and Mary Anne. In 1983, June illustrated a beautiful edition of the poem, Mary Anne by Mary Mapes Dodge. The book, published by Lothrop, Lee and Shepard has long been out-of-print. Each detailed piece of clothing and each accessory has been painstakingly copied from June’s illustrations, bringing young June Amos and her doll, Mary Anne to life. June Amos stands 16 tall. She has a porcelain head and hands on a fully jointed wooden body. Mary Anne’s accessories include: Hand embroidered sacque, dress of French lace and Swiss batiste, high top pink boots, petticoat, underwaist, locket on a chain, hand-painted paper and wood fan, hat and parasol. The Certificate of Authenticity (COA)is missing. She has been kept in the box, in storage, ever since then. As expected, the eyes have turned to a shade of pink. The eyes can be replaced, if you so choose. Some collectors prefer not to replace the original eyes. I can find no other issues or concerns. First photo is a stock photo. The size of the box is about 30cm x 30cm x 7cm (12″ x 12″ x 3) and it weighs about 4.5 kilos (10 pounds). The LARGE Hardback Book contains rare pictures, plus original US and rare foreign single sleeves. Elvis Presley in MONO. MONO is how most listeners first heard Elvis in the 1950s and 1960s, when it was the predominant audio format. Until 1968, each Elvis album was given a unique MONO and STEREO mix, but Elvis always regarded the MONO mix as primary. This was also true for singles. Job: A Comedy of Justice, Robert A. Heinlein Signed Ltd Ed Hardcover Book UNREAD. Published in 1984 by Del Rey Books, this is the Limited/Numbered Hardcover Edition with a slipcase. This edition was limited to 750 numbered copies and were signed by Heinlein on the limitation page. It is a bright red cloth stamped in gold on front panel and spine and is a near mint immaculate copy in cloth slipcase. The remains of the shrinkwrap that broke from years in storage comes with the book. This was the 1984 Nebula Award and 1985 Hugo Award nominee for best novel. It is flat signed and this is #242. This is a NEAR MINT copy from our files where it has been stored since published in a pet and smoke free environment. An extremely RARE copy to find in this condition.
