Ken Dallison’The Spirit’ (Rolls Royce) is a limited edition commemorative book signed by the author whose exquisite colour paintings are lithographed by Morgan Press. This beautiful – leather bound book measures 465mm x 360mm x 35 mm. The book is bound in fine quality, tan – coloured Connolly leather; a decorative motif of the front section of the Spirit is embossed on the front cover. This collectors’ edition, bound in the finest art paper, was published on the 75th anniversary of Rolls-Royce. Acknowledgments include Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. An 11 page forward by Lord Montague of Beaulieu. This signed limited edition No. 1669 / 2000 is a fine copy in excellent condition. The book is still housed in its original protective box in which it was dispatched from the publisher’s in New York to the previous owner in 1979.
