A very rare, limited edition version of the book Battlefield Earth by L. Ron Hubbard and signed by him on an end card inserted into the book. The book comes in its original custom wooden case, lined with velvet and with a brass plaque on the front. The box hinges and clasp work well, th plaque is a little tarnished as shown. It features gold gilded pages, silk bookmark, matching headbands, raised hubs on the spine and a matching slip case.
