Three Young Rats and Other Rhymes. Limited Edition of 700 Copies. One of 700 copies on Arnold unbleached paper. Lacking the dust jacket. This copy is unnumbered. Illustrated with reproductions of 85 extraordinary, quirky, and very amusing drawings of Alexander Calder. Original linen spine and tan decorated paper over boards. Boards are slightly soiled, lightly browned on the top edge and bumped, light wear to spine ends and more moderate wear to the corners. Small tear to the upper left hand corner front board. Pages rough trimmed, few soil spots on endpapers. No evidence of foxing which is common in this edition. Small semi-circular stain to the bottom edges to the last seven pages not effecting the drawings. A great Calder collectible.
