This is an excellent commentary set [3 volumes] on the Gospel According to St. John by the renowned Rudolf Schnackenburg – and it is in very good condition. This commentary is long out of print and good sets like this are now very hard to find [+ normally much more expensive]. Probably the best set for sale online at the present time – and I have endeavoured to price it reasonably. Regarding marks, please note the following: Volume 1: Completely clean. Volume 2: One inscription. Volume 3: One inscription plus 3 or 4 pages with pencil marks + highlighted sentences. Complete with original dust jackets [to which I have attached Brodart covers for added protection]. This set has been lightly used / read. The bindings are tight, strong and sturdy. In fact, it is a heavy and solid set.
